“For the last half a year, we've been engaged in continuous product discovery work, examining the usage and adoption of AI assistants in Conversational Configurators, as well as the general concept of Conversational UI.

To achieve this, we created a research plan, recruited users from our client's target audience, created interview and testing guides, and held alignment and feedback sessions internally. The number of participants varied from 4 to 150, depending on the needs of each test.”
