A quick online call with our HR team. We learn about your background, walk you through how Salsita works, and answer any questions you have.

Online Technical Interview

60 minutes

A deeper conversation with one of our engineering leads. We discuss your technical experience, problem-solving approach, and the kind of projects you'd be working on.

Step 3

In-Person Interview

3 hours

Come to the Prague or Ostrava office to meet the team, discuss technical work in depth and see the space you'd be working in. We take the time to get it right.

Final Decision

Salsita builds AI-native software for complex product configuration, helping manufacturers and e-commerce companies sell customizable products online with the speed and simplicity modern buyers expect. Our platform combines advanced configuration logic, real-time pricing, and interactive 3D visualization to replace slow, manual sales processes and rigid legacy CPQ tools. We work with everyone from fast-growing brands to Global 2000 enterprises, enabling them to configure, quote, and sell highly customizable products more efficiently and with a dramatically better customer experience.

Rather than treating every implementation as a one-off project, we continuously evolve a reusable framework that makes each new deployment faster, more scalable, and more cost-effective than the last. What we're looking for

Talented software engineer with 2+ years of professional experience.
Experience with web technologies and modern JavaScript development; TypeScript experience is a strong plus.
Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, clean architecture, and maintainable code.
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and solve real customer and product needs.
Ability to take ownership and deliver solutions from idea to production.
Reliable and proactive team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is highly valued.
Strong spoken and written English skills.
