Our interview process.

Four stages. Honest time expectations. You'll know exactly what to expect before you walk in.

Step 1

HR Prescreen

30 minutes

A quick online call with our HR team. We learn about your background, walk you through how Salsita works, and answer any questions you have.

Step 2

Online Technical Interview

60 minutes

A deeper conversation with one of our engineering leads. We discuss your technical experience, problem-solving approach, and the kind of projects you'd be working on.

Step 3

In-Person Interview

3 hours

Come to the Prague or Ostrava office to meet the team, discuss technical work in depth and see the space you'd be working in. We take the time to get it right.

Step 4

Final Decision

Within 1 week

We make a decision and come back to you within a week – whatever the outcome. No ghosting, no endless rounds.
