Replacing Back-and-Forth with a Scalable Buying Process
Custom vanity inquiries required the team to design and price each request using internal software built for full room layouts. Even simple requests involved multiple steps, meaning customers had to wait before receiving a design and price.
Customers who wanted to configure their own vanity had to select individual cabinet parts from long lists with limited visual feedback. Changes to styles weren't reflected visually, and there was no guidance on which cabinets or extras worked together.
Picture Perfect wanted to offer more options, but doing so required manually creating each new product variation. This made it harder to expand the offer without increasing internal work.
