The terms that govern your use of the Salsita SDK, the salsita command-line tool and their use with the Salsita platform.
These terms (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Salsita s.r.o., Štefánikova 18/25, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, Company ID 272 04 201 ("Salsita", "we"). They govern your use of the Salsita SDK, the salsita command-line tool, the packages @salsita-ai/sdk, @salsita-ai/common and @salsita-ai/contracts published on npm, and their documentation (together, the "SDK"), and your use of the SDK with the Salsita platform (the "Platform"). By installing or using the SDK, or by creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you use the SDK on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means that company.
The SDK and the Platform are intended for business and professional use. You confirm that you are not using them as a consumer.
Some uses of the SDK require a Salsita account. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including actions taken by AI agents or other automated tools that you authorise to use your keys.
The SDK is licensed to you under the Salsita SDK License included in each package (the "License"). In summary, and subject to the License and these Terms:

You may not:
You keep all rights in the applications you build and in the content, product data, 3D assets and code you supply ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, copy and display Your Content only as needed to provide and support the SDK and the Platform for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights needed to use it.
Features marked beta, preview or experimental are provided for evaluation. They may change or be withdrawn at any time, may be less reliable than released features, and are provided without any service commitment.
Use of the SDK and the Platform is subject to the plan and prices agreed for your account, in an order, on our pricing page or in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes and are not refundable.
We may update or change the SDK or discontinue parts of it, and may release versions that are not backward compatible. If we discontinue the SDK as a whole, we will give accounts that use it in production at least 6 months' notice. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, we do not commit to any availability level, support response time or maintenance of older versions.
The SDK and its command-line tool may send us technical and usage information, such as SDK version, commands run, error reports and account identifiers, so that we can operate, secure and improve the SDK and the Platform. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://salsita.ai/privacy-policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum at https://salsita.ai/dpa applies and is incorporated into these Terms.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction and without obligation to you.
Salsita and its licensors own the SDK and the Platform, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. "Salsita" and related names and logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our permission, except to truthfully state that your application is built with the SDK.
The SDK includes third-party and open-source components under their own licences, which govern those components. Third-party services you connect to your application are governed by your agreements with their providers.
You may stop using the SDK and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if fees are overdue, or if your use creates a security or legal risk. When these Terms end, your licence to use the SDK in production ends, and you must stop that use and delete your copies of the SDK. Sections 5, 6, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 and 19 survive termination.
The SDK and the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the SDK will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
You will defend and indemnify Salsita against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your applications, or your breach of these Terms.
We may change these Terms. We will post the new version at this address with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable advance notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use the SDK after the change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Prague, Czech Republic, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
These Terms, the License and any order or separate signed agreement are the entire agreement between you and us about the SDK; a separate signed agreement prevails over these Terms where they conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor to our business. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
